It's unfortunate that not everyone owns/uses cars responsibly either.
Drinking and driving? A very EASY thing NOT to do, but requires someone
to make a good decision.

In my opinion, the the big question is how to disuade ANYONE from
doing some kind of damage, with any tool at their disposal...

I think the 'argument,' for lack of a better term, has centered
around firearms but the real problem is that some people are
going to choose to do evil and to do harm...
