I've never used the IDE that came with Watcom; I figure it's about time as
my projects are starting to get BIG, and the debugger might be a handy
tool.

Using the IDE, when I double-click on a file in a target window, the error
"IDE Information: Unable to start editor" pops up.

In the "Set Text Editor" the option is set to
"d:\watcom\binp\dll\epmlink.dll" as type DLL.  If I change it to
"d:\os2\apps\epm.exe" as type EXE, it works.  But I want to see
what this EPMLINK is about.  How do I get it to run?
