Hello,
     Is anyone else out there a confirmed, diagnosed ADDer who is NOT on
medication?  I have tried Ritalin, but find its side effects almost as
intolerable (or more so) than my ADD.  Please respond if you have any
non-pharmacutical coping strategies.
