Tennessee Oilers, Baltimore Ravens, Oakland Raiders and St. Louis Rams. 
That's 4 teams within the last couple of years and the NFL has never been 
better. The Oilers' situation looks bad because they chose to go with 
Memphis, whose populace is still bitter toward the NFL, instead of Vanderbilt 
University, which would have given them access to their future fans.

Of ALL the moves over the past decade, this is the ONLY one that hasn't 
worked out and I would say that's only in the PR area. It would take a 
sweetheart deal to get the franchise to move so I would guess that even if 
the arena was empty, the owners are still getting plenty of money.
