Boy, Jim.  My hot water system is outdoing itself, BIG TIME!
This afternoon, after the flat tire fiasco, I come boiling into the
house, wringing wet, needing a shower BAD!
Turn on the hot water, off with the clothes and into the shower just
like always. WOW!  Forgot that the thermometer on the back porch had
said 104 F and that my heater tank had been sittin in that heat since
this morning!  Like to've scalded my whatsis off!
Days like today that solar water heater works TOO good!  My drunken
plumber assured me when we were putting that thing in that I was gonna
want a 'tempering' valve, but so far I've never figured it to be worth
while.  Now, I know BETTER!  Wonder how much them things cost.....?
