Always use the C++ run-time libraries that are appropriate to the
compiler that you are using. This means all of the DDE4xxxx.LIB
libraries, in the case of CSet++.

Really, you should be using the standard header files that are
appropriate to your compiler as well.

If your programs written for EMX do not work when you substitute the
CSet++ standard headers, run-time libraries, and compiler, then they
aren't very portable. You should be fixing the programs to work with
standard C++, not trying to kludge the headers and libraries to work
  with the programs.
