Phillip has only recently started using the board, 22/6.  He got the
problem uploading his REP packet on 24/6 (first time he tried).  I
installed 2.1GA on 23/6.  Just how big was that REP packet Phillip? Also,
perhaps while we figure this one out, you can upload using Xmodem and
download using Zmodem, since Xmodem only sends 133 characters in advance,
and then waits for a response from my system.
