One would hope so.. instability can really ruin a sports league.  One year
we're playing against the Hartford Whalers.. then suddenly we're playing
against the Carolina Hurricanes??  Ditto for the Houston/Tennessee
transaction.. it looks like some people aren't putting enough thought into
these moves :-/
