-[ Quoting Richard Meic , to Dennis Menard ]-
WE>> This is a million dollar idea. Is Canada as New Aged as America?
DM>> Our middle-aged and old-aged population has the new-aged beat
DM>> hollow? But the U.S. has a larger number of them. :)
WE>> Don't get it. Either a typo or Canadian jargon.
DM> :) A joke, William. You referred to "New Agers" as "New Aged"; I
DM> decided to interpret it in terms of "chronological age" vs "modern
DM> spiritual move-ments." In fact the percentage of New Agers in
DM> Canada's probably not much different than in the U.S.
RM> Everyone has an age, right? So, a "New Ager" would be a new born
RM> baby. Or anyone who has had a birthday recently.
That is at least one interpretation ... and almost the one I chose to use;
thus, the confusion. :)
