Internal acad commands are not in the PGP file, only aliases, but I
don't think that you can alias a command that is used while another
command is active (like the point selection filters).
ACAD does have a means for undefining commands, and I think that the
command is UNDEFINE, but I can't be certain until I get to work (where
the manual is). Look in the manual for this, as this is what you are
wanting! Once you undefine a command, it won't work from the command
prompt. You can invoke it by preceding it with a . (like .end). I
have gotten in the habit of any lisp routines or scripts that I create
explicitly calling internal commands with the preceding
period...debugging is made easier when you don't have to 'stumble'
over redefined commands.
Another good tip. Redefine keys to get your commonly used ACAD
commands assigned to the function keys. If you have a keyboard like
the Gateway 2000 Anykey, this is done at the keyboard level. If you
are running the DOS version of ACAD, then you can do this with ANSI
escape sequences (check your DOS manual).
