Ref:  Category 1 (IOCTL_ASYNC), Functions 0x0074 (Get) & 0x0054 (Set)

I've finally *FULLY* completed my 32-bit, low-level ASYNC library!  Anyway,
I ran-across the subject ASYNC functions and I don't understand them
(mainly because they appear to NOT work on my system).  Bits 0 & 1 both
return 0 on my system.  What would it take for DMA TX and RX operations to
occur?
