Windows names the PEER network "WORKPLACE" or so, IBM names it 
IBMPEERS, eCS asks you for the name during network install. Give it 
simply exactly the same name as windows uses.

Be sure that on each mashine are the same users using the same 
username and password registered as user. This is needed because the 
user logon gets to all mashines the user should have access too (at 
least one resource should be shared to).

Then you can share resources and use resources shared by others for you.
