Funny thing, I discovered several months back that if I have the old computer
on, and the local police pull over a car within say 75 feet of my house they
can't hear the dispatcher from the intereference. The local freq's they use
are 39.760 dispatch, 39.660 car to post car to car.
I have terrible trouble with my Pro 2024 and the computer, and it set twenty
feet away in another room. My Pro 2042 doesn't have a problem unless its set
right on top of it. Right now my Pro 26 is running within four feet and it
seems fine. All the interference comes from the monitor, turn it off and no
problem. Also reaks havok on my Minitor II fire department pager on 33.900.
The tone will open up the pager but unless you turn off the monitor no voice
can be heard over the static.
... Don't steal.....Politicians hate competition.
