Chris--

There is a file floating around the BBSs named PRPC.ZIP that is the
text from the OS/2 1.3 "Control Program Reference." It gives the 16-bit
API calls as of that date. While the calls haven't really changed
since, the nomenclature used has. So some transliteration from PRPC.ZIP
nomenclature to that used currently (as given in the Developer's
Toolkit) is required if you use that source.

There is a book "OS/2 Extra: KBD, MOU, & VIO Special Functions
Revealed" [ISBN 0-8306-4567-5], edited by Dorfman and Neuberrger, that
does the transliteration for you. Much handier than PRPC.ZIP. The book
was published by Windcrest/McGraw-Hill in 1993, and listed for $19.95
then.
