Talk about the kettle calling the pot black. Once i have set the rules I have had only one spam get through in the last three years. MA>> Most attacks come via email and if you read my message to MA>> Tom you will see that i suggested isolating unknown mail. Linux is CA> now 'on the radar' and all your base are belong to us. Being on the radar doesn't guarantee a hit. Our base belong to you? MA> You are probably more vulnerable than me as you run MA> antiquated software that cannot take advantage of the MA> latest protection from Windows attacks. CA> I'm not as wildly arrogant as you and take steps to prevent CA> becoming pwnd. Not wildly arrogant? You are all puff and bluster. MA> If you use the internet then it's probably clowns like you MA> that are sending viruses and Trojans without knowing it. CA> It's raving lunatics like _you_ spouting bad advice about CA> always operating as root that are the problem. How would you know what's bad advice as far as Linux is concerned? You are to cowardly to even install it. What makes you think that operating as a user i still can't send or receive a virus or Trojan? Operating as root is only a danger to the operating system of the machine i'm using. Tell me by what logic you conclude that i am in any way more of a danger of sending a virus as root than user. CA> Get a grip, get a life, then get lost for a decade or two or three. Try talking about something you know about and not something you wished you knew about. I'm not going anywhere. Bring it on you twit. Tell me how i can compromise the internet by being root in such a way i can't do it as a user or shut up and stop making a fool of yourself.
