And where were the Court Orders that until Miranda, allowed the police
to rubber hose accused criminals until they fessed up?
They don't need warrants anymore, they only need to swear it was done in
good faith.

Don't you trust the police? What kind of world is this coming to when
our very own police can't be trusted. shame on you all for such
unpatriotic lack of faith in the fine integrity of your government,
after all, as they bullhorned to the Branch Davidians and Randy Weaver;
