Looks like just another Chromium variant configured how the author wants
for "improved security".  Avast (payware) has one, too.  So does Comodo.
So, for the effort of changing the default settings and performing a
compile, these AV vendors can tout they have a custom, special,
super-duper, high security web browser when, in fact, you could get the
same web browser and configure it yourself to change the defaults.  You
can do what they did by changing settings.  This variant is for users
that are too lazy to configure their web browsers or who don't want to
bother researching how to better secure their web browser via settings.

Notice that Avira's variant requires you "apply" to get it.  You have to
create an Avira account or use an existing one to validate yourself for
access to their beta web browser.
