OpenDoc is under development. Mr. IBM OpenDoc (Tycast) showed some great OpenDoc samples. (he said, they are 2 days old.). As far as i understand, the ICLUI group tries to write some openDoc wrappers. And IMO the next major releases of OS2 (either intel or PowerPC) will have a OpenDoc Server instead of WPS. (thats how interpret some statements different IBMers made). TyCast made no announcements about availability of OpenDoc. IMO the next release of DevCon CD will have a much better version of OpenDoc. PH> How does warp's mysterious message-queue-unlock-engine work ? :-), very interesting. I've never heared of this. But Mr. WPS (James Taylor) made some sessions about using the Kernel Debugger. there he showed a lot of samples hanging the msg queue. but he said, his team is working hard to handle all these samples automatic. One of the 10 (or so) samples still hangs 3.0 GA, but the other situations are handled by the unhang code. PH> Have you had a nive week at colorados/2 (just too expensive PH> for me to follow the invitation) :) expensive? i'm sitting in vienna. going to Berlin to the IBM TI is a LOT MORE expensive for me then to travell to US to ColoradOS2.
