Hello Rod!

Your connects seem to be worse on weekends than weekdays.  Do you have any
idea at all why it virtually never fails to get a 14400 connect, but often
fails MNP4 (normally your end only).  Why would MNP4 negotiation be harder
than V32bis negotiation?  Also, doesn't there need to be some verification
between my modem accepting MNP4 and seeing if your modem has agreed, or
knows that it's agreed?  It seems VERY strange that one modem thinks it
successfully negotiated MNP4 and the other one is still in gaga land.  BFN.
