 I hear there's a program in Israel that does just this. It went on the
 newspaper since the programmer is selling it so cheap the average person can
 get his hands on it (something between $100 - $200, I think). Unfortunately,
 I don't have much details other than that.
 I can't say that Voice Stress Analysis is better by itself than others,
 though.
