The air quality is reported "unacceptable" pretty regularly 
in the Tampa Bay area now that power plant emission standard were
recently eased.

I don't need the weather report to know this as on those days
as I have a hard time.

-> that most of the time the Highway Patrol's fleet of Speeding Spotter
-> Planes are grounded. :-)

Hated it when I saw the timing lines painted between Sanford and Daytona
Florida painted on the road.

It was a really safe place to do an Italian tuneup.
