Have you tried copper plated bullets?  Then run about 20% more than lead 
but really seem to shoot cleaner.  I've got a bunch of 155gr's, want me 
to send you 50 or so to try?

Not so much in the .40, but in the 9mm, 115gr bullets with very fast
burning powders loaded lightly would tend to cause feeding problems.  I'd 
imagine you might approach this problem with 135gr and real poof loads, 
but i've never heard of such.  Most folks who shoot glocks don't reload 
to see how slow they can go...  :-)
