We never could find out why YASTing SuSE 9.2, after installing Win98se, on a new partitioned HDD bombed the Win98se OS (and the resident OEM XP-Home on a companion HDD 8-(. A year before we had successfully YASTed a SuSE 9.0 with no problem on an smaller earlier HDD in the same SysteMax Tiger 1.8 P4 box.
