Up until V34+ negotiation between Zoom V34 and USRs was fine.
With USR's V34+ 3429 symbol rate was being signalled differently and
that top symbol rate had to be switched off in the calling Zoom to
sucessfully negotiate with s210=12
Later US Courier code fixed this, and particularly UK code .7778 .sdl
With the advent of x2 negotiation problems were the more severe, with
V34Plus Zooms unable to negotiate with UK x2 upgraded Couriers at V34
at all.
