Buddy and I are in the "thinking stage" of a small business oppertunity
..... Here's the scenerio:
    We have a pony (Tuffy) that pulls a cute little red pony cart - he also 
has a "claim to fame" of being in a TV commercial a couple of years ago.
    We ALSO have an Arabian (Mr X) who pulls a carriage (right now we only 
have a 2- seater Amish carriage but we are in the process of negotiating for 
a 4- seater carriage).
    Here's what we've been talking about -- PARTIES - kids birthday parties 
..... weddings and/or receptions - any kind of 'gala event' that might like 
something "different" - aka pony/cart or horse/carriage ride or rides.
    Does anyone think this is a good idea???  We were thinking of something 
like $50 a hour for pony - $125 (or so) and hour for horse with maybe a 3 
hour minimun time limit.  Also, something like a radius of 25 miles no charge 
for traveling time but anything over that so much a mile to get to the party/ 
banquet/wedding etc.
    I have no idea if this is a feasible venture - OR, if the prices are in 
range - OR, if anyone would even be interested ..... suggestions???
    I'm sure that I would have to have some kind of insurance (what kind and 
where to get it I have no idea) ..... this is just an idea but I would love 
to have some imput about it.
