Ok, I took a look at the Windows freeciv archive and at 48M, it's just too
large.  I don't like hatching files in win_game or macgame that a lot
bigger than 30+ meg.  Certainly over 40Meg is too large.

When I have 35+ downlinks for an area (win_games and macgame have that
many), a file of that size becomes very unmanageable :(

The DDE115* windows file is getting larger, but so far it's ok. If it grows
to be larger than 40M, then I will stop distributing that one.  It's just
not worth it when people can get these really large files on web sites if
they want them.
