Yes, but there's no official support, few people know about them, and
they've never really been released!

My understanding is that the people at IBM Watson would really like the
E-MLE (EPM control) to be part of base OS/2, but Boca has declined to
include it. There may be other financial issues that I don't know about,
but I had been talking with a few people in that group and they encouraged
me to call Boca and ask that the E-MLE be included.
