Greetings all!

I'm currently in NSW, and am looking to move on after this christmas and 
the sale of my business.

I've been looking around for a place to go, as it's time for a change. I've 
settled on interstate, and have ruled out Tas, Vic & Qld for various 
reasons.

So I'm looking in to South Australia, in particular the Adelaide area, and 
Western Australia, around Perth, Freemantle, etc..

Can anyone there in WA give me some details?

I'm interested in:

Rent for a 2 bedroom flat with lockup garage, preferably within 20-30 
minutes of the CBD.

Any comments on the job market there in general.

The names of major papers in Perth, so I can get some copies to look into 
the employment sections as part of my research.


Any help greatly appreciated.
