Wait a minute, Tom. Aren't you the one who is all for
Zero Tolerance? If its against the law for teenagers
to smoke shouldn't the cop on the street arrest every
teenager he finds smoking? After Zero Tolerance means
enforcing all the laws all the time.
The cops should stop everyone they see smoking that
doesn't look old enough and demand proof of age. No
proof and off they go to jail until they can prove they
are over age.
See what I mean about turning the Zero Tolerance genie
loose? Once it gets out of the bottle you don't know
where its going.
