It's been a while since I've seen this one (but I've seen it more than
once.) If you turn up the compiler warning level to "whine about every
possible thing and then some", you'll get some warnings that will say
something like "Virtual function table for xxx  will be defined where
yyy is defined" I had not defined "yyy" and this caused the
vf table to
remain undefined. (hope this helps)
