 That was the story of my Earlier Life. I actiualy studdied the Consumer
 Reports WORST USED CAR Buy list for selecting the Used cars I would
 buy. Then drive them untill they were only Wrecking Yard Feed.
Back in those days I started by setting a $500 limit for the price of
the car I would buy. As the years went on It was raised in $500
increments untill the last one I bought off the WORST used car list cost
me $2500.
Adn I droove them ALL until they entered the Wrecking Yard
classification. In fact I cannot rembember the last car I sold to
another person.
I has been at least 30 years or so ago.
The 190,000 1993 Subaru will be driven untill some wrecking yard comes
and pickes it up. With Luck the 1998 Chev S-10(although it was a mistake
and in the poorest car I have owned on well over 30 years, AND the
only one in that time period incidently) will last. And without a doubt
my 1999 Subaru wil last me the rest of my life. By the way I had a
senior moment and that car now had 64,000 miles o nit. It had teh 30,000
plus some when I aquired it.
