Something like that, sure. But as I certainly was the only  one and 
tried to login from the very same 192.168.2.100 it can't be exactly that.
The error message came when I tried to log inwith the main computer not 
with dhcp but with for instance 192.168.2.10 as static address for my 
main PC.

And meanwhile I've sorted out why this whole business is a trouble for 
non Windy users

Yes.

Remember, anything to do anything other than dhcp failed miserabely.

Why?

Because the routier as it comes in the  box is set to dchp only. In 
order to match to manual which only speaks about setting up in Windy 
using DHCP. Meaning, there is no other way to enter it's "website" via 
dhcp. If you try otherwise, you'll get the "duplcate administror" error 
message or it just doesn't work out.
Then in order to work with a fixed IP address assigned by you to your 
PC, prior to that you have to disable DHCP in the Routier's LAN settings.

For non Windy users, it is NOT easy and it ISN'T simple as wll.
