 proof is on the presenter to prove something so outlandish (pun intended),
 not on the viewer to prove that it doesn't exist.

 Balderdash!  The only someone trying to get your attention is the producer
 of the program, who obviously got paid to produce what apparently is
 eaten up by way too many ignorant viewers, who have nothing more interesting
 going on in their "real" lives.  All of the UFO, astrology, crying icons,
 and other phony stories floating around are this generation's version
 of snake oil, and just like those snake oil salesmen, it's a big money-
 making con.  But, if you need to believe, that's your prerogative.

 If you really want to investigate something, investigate how your local
 politicians misuse your money, or how faith healers make money conning
 desperate people, or even how organized religion rips off the taxpayers.
 Come on, this UFO stuff, to the extent that it's a big industry (phony
 books, movies, etc.) might be fun, but how can you take it seriously?
