sometimes msgs get garbled.

the US educational system is rotten about languages, other than
those for the local immigrant population or those used to north
or south in case we have to invade again. aside from those of
the legal persuasion, of course, but that's only one percent or so.


oops! missed that! ignore my earlier comments. s/w management
in UK is much different. i've worked for both. US books may not
help, other than on mechanical things like milestones...
