I can provide simple solutions for this - but I'm no expert obviously. I wish
I could count on the US govt to make it happen, but as far as I know, they
haven't come together on any sweeping changes to our voting system. Instead,
states are doing whatever they want - and I really mean whatever they want -
without any obvious input from residents.
