 Tim Campbell Offered us all the following upon Torque specs

 Don't know if you will find any Tim. You may end up just trying
a reasonable torque and playing with it. Any old specs may be thrown off
by the metal fatigue on the old bolts or if new ones are used they
wouldn't need near as much torque. All in all I don't think a 1940
motor would run enough compression to need enormous torque on the head
and manifold. Maybe try looking through "street rod" type magazines and
see what others are doing?
