Not true... You can still just type the appropiate character to check it..
Like Windhoze? Well, I use W95, but most of the time I find myself pressing
CTRL-ALT-D to start a DOS-Window...

Well, yes, sometimes that's a little irritating.. You were just typing
'FOR Var% = 1 TO' and then have to look up what the ending number should
be, QB starts whining about 'expected, blablabla'...
