According to Congress's WWW server, Barney Frank is a Representative
and not a Senator.  The last bill he submitted regarding marijuana
was H.R. 2618 during the 104th Congress, which ended with the new year.
This bill got as far as having 17 co-sponsors join with Rep. Frank.
H.R. 2618 was not available on Norml's web page, and it is not
available on the Congress's server either.
Do you have some more info on the bill you are thinking about?
