One of the spokespersons for BLM said "We elected you Joe Biden. Now what are
you gonna do for us?"

What does he mean by that? How did BLM elect Joe Biden? My interpretation is
that they elected him by trashing cities across America, causing voters to
think that all the destruction is Trump's fault, so they would refuse to vote
for the president who let it all happen.

Am I on to something?
