Well of course, I was not implying tha a "janitor" who works for the
FCC could put down his mop and start listening in on conversations. :)
And like I said, I was not trying to imply paranoia. I was just stating
that the FCC does have legitimate courses of duty which do include routine
monitoring for legit purposes.. so if they intercept anythin then, its
fair game to hand over to the authorities.
