subject: structures for extended bitrates

Hello Peter,

just a note to the structures you wrote about in the ColoradOS2 Async paper:

The structures should all be byte aligned. (so you should always use #pragma pack)

this is of importance eg. in the structures for the 0x43, 0x63 calls.

Mario
