Great answer....I wouldn't want my newspaper controlled by any level of
government...and strangely enough, unlike Fidonet, my newspaper is not
mentioned or sanctioned in my state or national constitution.
My newspaper is free to locate at any addreess and citizens(members) are
free to comminicate with the newspaper at any address.
