I actually use Internet Rex to transport echomail using binkp.  You can
also use that as well.  'bbbs bogus' from what I can tell is just the
internal echomail tosser/scanner (depending on whether or not you use w
or r) for BBBS.  I believe you have to use something else to actually do
the transporting if you are the one actually calling out.  However, Janis
may correct me on this :)
