the electronic developpers magazine (EDM/2) has two articles by Gordon
W. Zeglinski in Vol 1 / Issues 6, 7 (Rexx-exercising Your Applications)

try looking up RexxStart in the "Procedures Language 2/REXX Reference".
The Developpers Toolkit came with some examples too (I think this is
part of IBMs C Set++).
