They also legalised dope smoking a couple of decades ago now.

And 'the politicians' who passed the STATE laws on the

Yes, I was just rather bluntly pointing out that your 'I personally' isnt
as true as you might think, hardly anyone thinks that either of those two
classes of material is really acceptible as far as any 'right to watch what
they want in their own homes' is concerned, we just make them illegal.

is not. Different laws apply and you cant even watch that in the
privacy of your own home, if you say get given a tape of it.
