Hi all. I read it three times just to make sure I was getting it right.
This article in the paper about allowing newborns to be placed in
daycare and also cutting back on supervision: such as allowing children
under four to use bathrooms on other floors of the bldg unsupervised.
 This scares the hell out of me!
 I don't get it. First. Why must quality be sacrificed to save money?
 Why would any sane woman put a newborn into daycare. I WOULDN'T !!!!!!!
 I thought most businesses gave six month maternity leave. Or allowed in
 some cases for insite daycare? hmm. ANY opinions on this???
 Unless it was unplanned, why would a woman have a child she couldn't
 afford to stay home with for at least a year of it's tender life????
 ....sigh. Maybe Im being old fashioned. I still believe that children
 need to learn how to love by being loved... and you just don't get this
 or expect it from often: impersonal day care.
