It Texas, we still use manual, low tech methods. We emplyee
"immigrants" as 
they come across the Rio Grande to bottle beer for export to places far and 
wide. We do not ask them why the bottling process requires them to stand knee 
deep in the river with their britches around their knees. It enogh to know 
that such brands as Dos XX as not for consumption by Texans.
