| subject: | Re: Can I resurect this IBM Thinkpad Type 2611-412 |
It may justbe in hibernate mode - try removing Power Supply board and battery, if this doesn't work remove all PCMCIA cards and any additional memory. Oh yes on some Thinkpad's there's a reset button - search for a small hole where you can push a wire (I usually use a straightened paper clip) in to push a reset switch. Failing all of this - why not download the hardware maintenance manual from: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=LWIK-3ZRKTD Cheers/2 Ed.
