Hi Dale,
RH> I wasn't impressed with it but it was the only way Dad liked pizza and
RH> it was relatively inexpensive. Mom and Dad could feed all of us kids
RH> with a couple of slices each, basically 2 boxes, for cheap.
DS> At one stop on our tour, we decided we wanted a late night snack and
DS> so went to the outside stand at the motel and ordered a pepperoni and
DS> mozzarella pizza. What we got had a very thin crust, perhaps more
DS> akin to a flour tortilla than to a pizza dough. The cheese was quite
DS> thick, and being Moz, it was also stringy. Decent sauce, and all in
DS> all not
DS> bad -- but because of the crust it was a bit hard to eat by hand.
I've had some where I've needed a knife and fork to eat them, but
generally they've been thick crust and loaded pizzas. That one sounds
like it was made on a tortilla. Our daughter Rachel does a varient with
her kids--makes them on a pita. It's a bit firmer, and smaller, easier
for a youngster to handle.

Catch you later,
