I am not "qualified" in manner regarding Linux. I had minimal
experience when I installed it on that machine in 1999. I was running OS/2
prior to that.

I have no feelings regarding Robertson at all, I am but a user.

I would guess that it had clobbered the partition table, but wouldn't
really know. I have not had any contact with SUSE, Slackware is my
distribution of choice.

Regular fuel is a little over $1.00 per litre in the local currency.
